A few common questions
Where do my files and data live?
On the Professional plan you choose: hosted in our AWS account, or in your own AWS / Azure / GCP, or fully on-prem. On Enterprise we also support air-gapped deployment behind your firewall.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Yes — Ollama, OpenAI, Anthropic and Cerebras are supported out of the box. The default install uses Ollama on-prem so no data leaves your network.
What does "fair-use AI tokens" mean?
Real engineering use generates ~50–200k tokens per project per month. The Professional plan covers normal use; if you go materially above we'll let you know and offer a volume add-on.
How does billing work?
Stripe handles card and ACH payments. Bank transfer / invoicing available on Pro & Enterprise — just let us know during onboarding.
Can I migrate from another tool?
Yes — we import projects, RFIs and documents from CSV, Excel and PDF. The Pro / Enterprise tiers include a guided import.
