Overview
Presentations turns a project into a slide deck. You pick a template, point at the source material (documents, diagrams, registers), and the AI drafts a deck — agenda, content slides, a closing summary. The output is a real .pptx file, not a screenshot, so your team can keep editing in PowerPoint or Keynote afterwards.
It is best thought of as a first draft generator. Aim for the AI to save you the boring 70% of slide assembly so you can spend your time on the slides that actually matter.
When to use it
- Weekly or monthly client updates where the structure is the same and only the content changes.
- Kick-off decks based on a brief and an LoE.
- Closeout presentations summarising the document register and outstanding items.
How it works
1. Choose a template
Upload your branded .pptx template once at the org level. Title slide, content slide, two-column layout — whatever you would normally start from.
2. Pick sources
Tick the documents, registers and diagrams the deck should draw from. Anything not ticked is invisible to the AI for this generation.
3. Describe the deck
One paragraph: who the audience is, what the meeting is, what the takeaway should be. The more specific, the less generic the result.
4. Generate & download
The job runs in the background and produces a .pptx file you can download or open straight in your desktop PowerPoint.
Tips
- Invest in a good template once; every deck after that benefits.
- Be brutally specific about the audience in the brief — "external client steering committee" yields very different slides than "internal design review".
- Treat the output as a draft. The 30% you rewrite is where the real value is.
